Meet Your Associate - Brooke Reynolds

Brooke ReynoldsJoin us in celebrating Brooke's first full year with AOGF! Brooke earned her bachelor's degree in marketing with a specialization in Sales and Business-to-Business Marketing from Siena College in the spring of 2022. A true local, Brooke was born in Glens Falls, NY, she graduated from Lake George Jr./Sr. High School and now resides in Gansevoort with her partner, Spencer. She brought some insurance experience to Associates, having acquired her Life, Accident, and Health license during an internship with Aflac in Saratoga Springs, NY. Outside of her professional life, Brooke, and Spencer co-own and manage a content creation company called Up North Drone Productions. She relishes spending time with her family, friends, and beloved pets on Lake George and Sacandaga Lake. In her leisure, she occasionally participates in a local cornhole league with her Mom, Grandpa, and partner.

Brooke serves as an ambassador for both the Adirondack Regional Chamber and the Saratoga County Chamber and soon to hold the position of Committee Chair for the Adirondack Regional Chamber's Women's Business Council. She is also an active member of the Lake George Regional Chamber's Women in Business group. Her passion extends to the 518 community and exploring the enchanting Adirondack region. In 2024, Brooke also has her sights set on obtaining her Notary license.

Brooke takes delight in the creative opportunities her marketing degree affords her. She enjoys the challenge of trying to make the insurance industry fun and engaging to all people. To balance her personal and professional life, Brooke has mastered the art of saying no. Juggling a full-time role at AOGF, running a business, and being in her early twenties presents unforeseen challenges. However, she has found that the most effective strategy is to avoid overextending herself, allowing her to concentrate all her time and energy on her current projects or tasks.

A fun fact about Brooke: She was a competitive dancer, specializing in tap, for 12 years during her childhood.

Reflecting on her first year at AOGF, one of Brooke's cherished memories is the annual staff Christmas party. Last year, she was preoccupied with studying for her P&C license and hadn't had the chance to get to know most of the staff personally. The lively atmosphere at the Christmas party made her feel right at home. Now, she takes pleasure in organizing after-work staff events to foster collaborative team spirit both inside and outside the office. A word of advice Brooke would give someone starting in the insurance industry is to “just keep swimming”. Nothing comes easy in life, especially dealing with insurance, but if you just keep swimming your efforts will be rewarded.
